Live Bold on the Bow
Wolf Willow inspires the pursuit of a life worth living – in a very special location that presents endless possibilities. This site has long been valued for its natural beauty, its diverse fish, wildlife and plant communities and its many recreational opportunities. Layering contemporary design, plentiful amenities and a strong connection to the river, Wolf Willow brings the lifestyle and beauty of the Bow River Valley to your doorstep.
Flora, Fauna & Fun
Parks and pathways connect Wolf Willow to Canada’s second largest urban park. More than three times the size of Vancouver’s Stanley Park, Fish Creek Provincial Park stretches 19 kilometres east to west and 23 kilometres north to south, with 80 kilometres of trails. Fish Creek offers a variety of recreational activities, as well as the historic Bow Valley Ranche House, Environmental Learning Centre, picnic areas, Artisan Gardens, fire pits and the Sikome Lake Aquatic Facility. Keep your eyes open for over 200 species of birds, plus deer, owls, beavers and more.
Paths to Possibility
A thoughtfully planned system of paths, parks and a grand boulevard connects people to the river, to each other and to vast open spaces that will connect the entire community. Bordered by Fish Creek Provincial Park, the Bow River and Blue Devil Golf Course, Wolf Willow residents are just steps away from a wide array of recreational and social activities.
We want your whole family to get the most out of Wolf Willow – including your furry, four-legged family members. This much-needed future dog park is the only one of its kind south of Highway 22X. Here, our canine citizens (and their people) can exercise and socialize in a clean, safe environment without endangering people, property or wildlife.
With clear, cold, fast-moving water, the Bow is one of Canada’s premier trout fishing destinations. Bull, Brown, Rainbow and Cutthroat trout thrive not only in number (about 1500 per kilometre) but also in size with trophy-worthy, 50-centimetre brown trout an everyday catch in the beautiful Bow.
